• • Participated actively in ZOU's income generation activities for mutual gain through capacity building interventions in the private sector.
• As faculty Dean of Commerce, Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU), and external examiner, led a team that evaluated Botswana College of Distance and Open Learning's readiness to launch Human Resource Management and Business Management Diplomas, as an associate of ZOU
• As Dean of Commerce at ZOU, provided the much needed leadership in recruitment of module writers and through module review and writing of units at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Governance & Service

• Served as a Councillor of the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ) from 2017 to 2019.
• Served as a Board Member of a large pension fund on both the Audit Committee and the Human Resource Committee, contributing to governance, oversight, and strategic decision-making.
• Submitted a report (done at own initiative) on the way forward following ZNCC's business manifesto meeting.
• Submitted a draft constitution to ZNCC for its Business Against Crime initiative, in spirit of good citizenship/ social responsibility.
• Through a written submission, persuaded the IPMZ Council to sponsor an award that recognised quality journalism in HRM and Labour Relations.
• Founder Subscriber to the Code of Conduct of the Institute of Personnel Management of Zimbabwe.
• Participated actively in the debate that took place, when IPMZ transitioned from Institute of Personnel Management to Institute of People Management.
• Actively participates in the local neighbourhood watchgroup to promote the quality of our own lives as residents from provision of security and other services.
